Vinification

This liqueur wine was produced exclusively from traditional white grape varieties of the Borba region. After selecting the best grapes on the vine, at a perfectly ripened stage, they were carefully crushed at the winery, separating the must. Then, the fermentation of the must is arrested by the addition of wine spirit, especially chosen for that effect, giving rise to a product of excellent quality. To further improve its organoleptic properties, this liqueur wine rested for 12 years in used French oak barrels.
