The Adega de Borba Red Wine Vinegar was created from red wine, and matured in french oak barrels during 9 months, providing a smooth and aromatic flavor.
Adega de Borba’s red wine vinegar is the perfect choice to season raw or cooked food.
It is ideal to complement flavours in more elaborate and delicate traditional dishes, to season salads and a great variety of dishes, such as cod and other grilled fishes.
You may serve it as an appetiser combined with Adega de Borba’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil and bread from the Alentejo region.
