A velvety, acidic and long flavour of citrus fruit endowing enormous freshness.
The Arinto variety has adapted very well to the Alentejo climate and especially to the terroirs of the Borba plateau. Grapes that easily ripen and have excellent acidity make for excellent quality wines. The grapes are picked by hand in the morning so as to be at a good temperature when they reach the winery. After crushing and total destemming, the grapes are pressed and undergo cold decantation for 24 hours, and alcoholic fermentation with temperature control at 16ºC. After long years of aging in deposit, it was stabilized and bottled.
