Black-eyed beans
Cabbage
Sliced neck of black pork
Orange

Method

For the breadcrumbs: dice the cabbage into small pieces and boil. Drain and set aside.
Heat oil in a frying pan and add the garlic. Once golden, add the cabbage, beans, and corn bread.
For the meat: Season the pork with sea salt and grill. Serve with orange.
