Method
Season the dogfish with coarse salt, dip in flour and fry until golden. Remove and drain then place on a serving dish.
Next, slice the onion and sauté in oil until transparent. When it is ready, drizzle the dogfish with the oil and onions and sprinkle with shopped coriander. Serve with boiled potatoes.
