Method
Cook and puree the chickpeas. Set aside
Cook and flake the cod. Add the braised onion and set aside.
Cut the corn bread into small pieces. Set aside.
Assemble the stack using a ring. Start with a layer of puree, then add the cod and top with the corn bread.
Bake in the oven and serve drizzled with oil.
