Wash the kid thoroughly and cut into portions.
In a dish, season the kid with salt, pepper, chilli, paprika, bay leaves and crushed garlic.
Add white wine and leave to marinate overnight.
Place the kid on a roasting tray and smear with margarine. Slow roast in the oven.
When then kid begins to brown, add the potatoes, seasoned with salt, pepper, paprika, and wine. Cover in aluminium foil and return to the oven.
When the potatoes are nearly done, remove the foil and return to the oven for a further 10/15 minutes to brown.
