Octopus
Olive oil to taste
Salt to taste
Garlic
Onion
New potatoes
Coriander

Method

Pressure cook the octopus for 20 minutes, then place the sliced octopus in an ovenproof dish. Season with salt, garlic and onion and drizzle with olive oil. Roast in the oven for approximately 40 minutes.
Once cooked, add the smashed potatoes and garnish with plenty of coriander.
Serve with a mixed salad.
