Rótulo de Cortiça (Cork Label) for the Festivities
The most joyful festive days deserve the most special wine: Adega de Borba Rótulo de Cortiça 2011, a wine which is only produced in exceptional years to accompany the most exceptional moments in this festive season. Launched in two formats – standard and magnum bottles – the new packages for Christmas reflect the distinct character of this wine.
Adega de Borba Rótulo de Cortiça 2011 has a fine and elegant aroma with hints of black fruits, jam and white chocolate. It has a nice ruby colour with reddish nuances and a soft flavour with a slight astringency, balanced with soft – but well-structured – tannins. Elegance in the aftertaste.
Adega de Borba presents its new Rótulo de Cortiça 2011 launched for the festivities in two formats: a 0.75 l bottle in an elegant tubular packaging and 1.5 l magnum version in a soft wooden box with a sliding cap, the perfect gift for the wine lovers this Christmas.
“Rótulo de Cortiça” wines are only produced in exceptional years. The first vintage dates back to 1964 and it has since become one of the most prestigious references of wines in the Alentejo region. According to Márcia Farinha, Adega de Borba’s Marketing Manager, “it is always a pleasure to present our Rótulo de Cortiça in a gift package which our consumers can include on their Christmas list for family and friends.”
