Seasoning from the Alentejo at your table
Adega de Borba has just launched its first Adega de Borba Vinegar, made from red wine, to accompany the extra virgin olive oil, already launched in 2013.
Adega de Borba’s Vinegar is produced from red wine which aged for 9 months in French oak casks, making it softer and more aromatic. Following the launch of the olive oil and gourmet products, Adega de Borba now makes its debut in the segment of vinegars, thus reinstating its strategy to invest in innovation and creation of new products.
According to Marcia Farinha, Adega de Borba’s Marketing Manager, Adega de Borba wants to continue surprising existing customers and gain new ones, which is why we want to be present in different consumption moments. This new release in the segment of vinegars restates our strategy in every market: to offer our customers the best products.
Adega de Borba’s Vinegar is ideal to season raw or cooked foods. It completes the traditional flavours in simple and elaborate dishes. It is ideal to season salads and many other dishes, like codfish and grilled fish. It can also be a tasty appetiser when combined with Adega de Borba’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil and served with Alentejo bread.
