Adega de Borba presents in October the new Wine Spirit 30 Years produced from wine from the 70s for the most demanding connoisseurs. With an intense aroma, its flavour is very smooth and quite unctuous in texture. Savour it in the most special moments.
In the 70s, Adega de Borba was celebrating 21 years of existence. The grapes Roupeiro and Rabo de Ovelha were being harvested in the Alentejo region of Borba. These grapes were then used to produce white wine through the traditional fermentation technique. And so the story of the new Wine Spirit 30
years begins – the new ex libris Adega de Borba is very proud to present.
The wine was distilled in an alembic in a lengthy and careful
way through an improved selection. The result was an amber
golden colour with a slightly spicy aroma and intense aromas
of yellow ripen fruits and nuts. The flavour is soft and smooth,
round in texture with notes of jam combined in harmony and elegance; slightly acidic and notes of nuts persisting in the aftertaste.
Ideal to serve as a digéstif after a good meal, with coffee and dark chocolate
Adega de Borba Wine Spirit 30 Years, 0.70 l has a recommended retail price of 69 Euros and it will be available in the market from October in a nice package ready for Christmas.
