Adega de Borba takes 4 gold medals in Germany

Adega de Borba was awarded 4 gold medals in the 11th annual Mundus Vini Great International Wine Award 2011, in Germany.

The gold medals were given to the Adega de Borba Premium 2009, Montes Claros Reserva Red 2009, Senses Syrah 2009 and Montes Claros Garrafeira 2007. Besides gold, the Adega de Borba also received a silver medal for its Senses Touriga Nacional 2009. And there was still room for another five recognitions: Cork Label Reserva 2008, Montes Claros Colheita Red 2009, ACB Garrafeira 2002, Senses Alvarinho 2010 and Montes Claros Reserva White 2010.

The Mundus Vini Great International Wine Award is a major international competition, held in Germany for the last 11 years. Mundus Vini main objective is to recognize quality and excellence of the best wines in the world. It should be noted that this year Adega de Borba has received a total of 36 medals in Portuguese and international competitions.
