New harvests… new images

Montes Claros presents its new harvests… with a brandnew image
This week Adega de Borba is presenting the new harvests for Montes Claros Red 2012 and Montes Claros Reserva Colheita White 2013 with a brand new image. The new image sets out the evolution in the brand’s positioning in the market with a simpler and more modern profile. This new fresh image reflects the evolution in the quality of DOC Alentejo wines and further strengthens Adega de Borba’s position within the Premium segment.
The label has a stronger and more stylish image, strengthening noble colours like sepia and golden. The basic elements are still the same, like the lettering and the background image, but have now earned a new highlight and a stronger presence. According to Márcia Farinha, Adega de Borba’s Marketing Manager, “The renewal of the image for Montes Claros is actually an update on Adega de Borba’s strategy. The main goal is to inform our consumers about the evolution and quality of our products. The new image reflects the Premium character of these DOC Alentejo wines, bearing in mind that the historic legacy is never forgotten, nor left aside in our Montes Claros range.”
