Adega de Borba Premium Red 2012
A wine from the Adega de Borba Premium category, it has a deep garnet colour as a result of the grapes it is produced from: Trincadeira, Touriga Nacional, Alicante Bouschet and Cabernet Sauvignon. It has an intense aroma of red ripen fruits, jam and ripen pepper. The flavour is soft and elegant with highlights on the black fruits, coffee and chocolate; fine structure and persistent finish. This wine is ideal to accompany meat dishes – red meats, roasted lamb and game or traditional cheeses. It is a happy choice for the celebration of your the festive holidays.

Adega de Borba Reserva Rótulo de Cortiça Red 2013
Adega de Borba Reserva Rótulo de Cortiça Red 2013 was produced from grapes cultivated in the oldest vineyards of the subregion of Borba: Aragonez, Trincadeira, Castelão and Alicante Bouschet. With a well-defined ruby colour and red nuances, this wine has a fine and elegant aroma with hints of black fruits, jam and white chocolate. The flavour is soft, slightly astringent and characterised by silky – yet well-structured – tannins; elegant aftertaste. It is perfect to accompany meat dishes during the festive season – red meats like lamb, game and also traditional pastries.

This red is produced from grapes which are over 30 years old cultivated in the region of Borba: Aragonez, Touriga Nacional, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. The result is a nectar with deep grenat colour, rich and full-bodied aroma, with notes of jam, jelly and cocoa. The flavour is soft, full-bodied and complex with notes of red ripen fruits, robust and persistent tannins that give this wine a good ageing potential.
