Montes Claros Reserva Red 2012 is the ideal accompaniment for meat dishes, cod and semi-hard cheeses. Montes Claros Reserva Red 2012is produced from the Aragonez, Touriga Nacional, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes selected from the region of Borba. It has a rich and full-bodied aroma with notes of jam, jelly and cocoa. The flavour is smooth and full-bodied, and it is the perfect match for complex dishes, bringing out the ripen black fruits and enriching the meal.
Ideal to cook many dishes or as seasoning for raw foods, Adega de Borba Extra Virgin Oil is produced from Galician grapes. It helps complete the traditional flavours of wine and Christmas dishes. It’s a full-bodied – yet elegant – olive oil with highlights of sweetness, unctuousness and spice in a delicate texture. The olives come from the oldest olive groves in the region and their extraction is performed during the highest maturation peak, thus originating strong aromas and flavours.
