In the vineyard, the grapes are produced exclusively in vineyards located in Properties of Associates, in sub-region of Borba, which are audited and certified in an integrated production system and approved for the Alentejo wine sustainability plan. Grapes harvested by hand with a cooler morning temperature, which improves control in the quality of the must and later in the fermentation of the wine. In the cellar, after destemming and crushing the grapes, the must is deplated and soft pressed, sefeguarding the quality and characteristics of the must. The most clarifies for the 18 to 24 hours and then ferments at a temperature between 16ºC and 18ºC over 14 days. The wine is subjected to bâtonnage of the fine lees for 3 months and will stabilize by physical processes in the months ensuing during the winter.

Citrus colour. A young and intense aroma of citrus fruits and tropical fruits. Very fresh flavour, with unctuousnes and structure in which minerality and tropical fruits persist.

Optimal serving temperature is 8-10ºC. Goes well with fish, seafood, sushi, pizzas and pastas. This wine can be enjoyed immediately, or stored up to 4 years.

In the Cellar, after total destemming and slight crushing, the grapes are subjected to alcoholic fermentation in a stainless steel mill, with mechanical step control, and are left to macerate for 10 days under a controlled temperature of 22-24ºC. The malolatic fermentation takes place in a small volume stainless steel tank. After a period of maturation of 6 months in new French and American oak barrels, the wine is bottled and left to mature in a climate-controlled cask-ageing cellar for 6 months.

Garnet colours. Great aromatic intensity of very mature black fruits. Soft, fresh flavour, where I hints of black fruits, chocolate and coffe predominante. Good depth with presistence.

Optimal serving temperature is 16-17ºC. Goes well with red meats and game cheeses. This wine can be enjoyed immediately, or stored up to 4 years.

This wine comes from selected grapes in the oldest vineyards in the region of Borba. After careful monitoring of the ripening of the grapes in the vineyard, upon reaching the Cellar the grapes were destemmed and gently crushed,
subjected to alcoholic fermentation in a stainless-steel mill, with mechanical step control, and left to macerate for 10 days under a controlled temperature of 22-25°C. The malolactic fermentation took place in a small stainless-steel tank. After a period of maturation of 12 months in new French, American and brown oak barrels, the wine was bottled and left to mature in a cellar for 12 months.

Garnet colour. Black fruit jam aroma. Full flavour with soft, fruity and toasted tannins, with a final freshness of sweet cacao.

Optimal serving temperature is 16-18ºC. Goes well with grilled red meats and duck breast and thigh. This wine can be enjoyed immediately, or if you prefer, you can also store it up to 15 years.

This wine comes from grapes selected in the oldest vineyards of the Borba region. After a rigorous control of the maturation evolution of
the grapes in the vineyard, on arrival at the wine cellar the grapes were stalked, followed by the process of alcoholic fermentation in a stainless steel mill with a mechanical step, ending in maceration for 10 days under a controlled temperature of 22-25°C. The malolactic fermentation occurred in a stainless steel tank. For greater complexity, structure and richness, the selected final batch aged 12 months in 2nd and 3rd year French and American oak barrels, and 6 months in the bottle for final thinning.

Deep grenade colour. Aroma of red fruits and spices. Mellow flavour of wild black fruits, soft tannins of great longevity.

Optimal serving temperature is 16-18ºC. Goes well with meat dishes: black pork, lamb, game and grilled veal cutlets. This wine can be enjoyed immediately, or if you prefer, you can also cellar it up to 5-6 years.
