1 piece of pre-soaked salt cod
Flour
Onion
Extra virgin olive oil
Olives to taste
Parsley to taste
Salt to taste

Method
Dip the pre-soaked cod in flour and fry in hot oil. Finely slice the onion and sauté in oil, adding a little salt. When the onion becomes translucent, top the fried cod with the sauteed onions, garnish with parsley and olives to taste and serve with boiled vegetables and freshly fried potatoes.
